About
The Creator Behind THRIVE
The one thing none of us are taught is mental hygiene, how to create healthy, secure lives with a toolkit to manage life when it all goes wrong. I wanted a system that changed all that, one that encompassed everything I used to reclaim my power, one where I have walked the talk and created a system that can help people Thrive – a real solution, one the reframes your life and reprogrammes your habits and behaviours and the outcome is self-worth, self-belief and the ability to build the best life.
Every aspect of the system has come from industry-leading experts, researchers, and pioneers of therapeutic techniques and psychology.
I work with people from all walks of life who know that something must change because they can’t continue living with the way things are, because life is a series of repeating cycles and each time its more and more painful, and less and less resilience to pick yourself up and cope.
The Thrive approach addresses the feelings of being lost, stuck, helpless and feeling like they don’t fit and replaces it with courage, capability and purpose.
My mother’s favourite expression was ‘you always have to learn everything the hard way!’ The best credential on my CV is my lived experience, which started in childhood. Having worked in the commercial world for the half of my career and working 1-2-1 with clients for the second half, I’ve been in the unique position to develop my own therapeutic system that encompasses science backed methodologies, to take a person from where they are to self-understanding and a life that feels like their own.
First you must surrender to the process and accept a holistic approach enables you to manage your mind, your nervous system, your physical health, your emotions, your habits and your behaviours.

Do you offer one-on-one sessions?
Yes, these are usually for people who want to focus on specific challenges. Often this approach takes 8-12 weeks.
What should I know about Thrive to make the best of it?
The Thrive course is a six month online immersive programme of ‘therapeutic change’ week by week following a systematic structure that takes you straight to the root of your issues, your emotional dysregulation, your sabotaging patterns, your facades, your blind spots and break the destructive cycles. You take ownership through 20 levels transformation.
Is it normal for me to struggle and feel worse or for my emotional / mental / behavioural symptoms to get worse while going through the Thrive process?
Usually when a client starts to face problems head on after avoiding them for so long, the feelings and emotions are re-lived. It’s uncomfortable and unwanted, however the only way to reframe and reprogramme is to process everything you have been avoiding. Recovery from all life’s problems is through.
How long will it take me for me to notice changes in myself?
This is a very individual answer. Clients must do the work, it’s not a magic pill or a quick fix. Often it is years and years of dysfunction, struggle and pain, which can’t be undone in a week, however the willingness to transform the old to something new is key to the speed in which changes happen, that and the ability to change your emotional relationship with the past.
What if I relapse?
The Thrive system is designed to catch you when you fall. It’s built on the knowledge that we have cycles of relapse and has a system to bring you back out of the relapse.
Should I share my thoughts and feelings with other people?
This is a very good question and the answer in general terms is No! The only person who can take this journey is you, and people who are close to you, often want the broken version of you not the empowered version. People that surround you can unintentionally or intentionally trigger you and push you back a number of steps. What they don’t know they can’t sabotage. If you really need an outlet – there are 4 options. 1/ talk to your journal. There is a full explanation of this in the Thrive content. 2/ talk to someone you trust implicitly, they are the ones that turn up, even when it’s pandemonium, they are the ones that don’t judge. 3/ book a one-off therapy session with Jille to address the things you need to talk through. 4/ join and participate in the membership programme, these members have similar journeys and seek similar support and understanding.
What can I do if I’m really struggling to do the work on myself?
Slow down, change has to happen at the speed that you can adjust, cope and change. If you are struggling, the best way to manage this is connection to people and communities that make you feel safe.
Is it normal to experience mood changes when I change my nutrition?
Yes, usually when we reduce refined sugars and carbohydrates in the diet, the body responds with an emotional crash by about day 3 or 4. However, your mood will equalise very quickly.
Does it matter if I journal about the same things over and over?
No, each time you journal on the same subject, your thoughts will evolve and your insights will provide more clarity each time.
Should I stop my prescribed medication?
No, most SSRLs cannot simply be stopped. You must consult your doctor and gradually reduce the dosage.
Should I listen to other advice online or social media?
Yes and No. It’s wise to listen to information that is consistant with Thrive and the work you are doing. Conflicting ideas can cause confusion and doubt.
How do I explain the changes people are noticing?
Good question. People may notice changes in your mood and even notice that you are more assertice in your life. It’s your choice on how to explain this, but be cautious of people who do not like the positive changes.

You’ve tried managing it on your own. Now it’s time to be guided by a system that works with you, not against you.
